Louis E. Babin, Jr. passed away on Wednesday, July 20, 2011.
Beloved husband of the late Shirley Weaver Babin. Father of Lawrence J. Babin (Audrey), Leonard J. Babin (Lori), Shelley L. Babin Pribyl (Ed), Sheila A. Babin Foucheaux (Tommy), Suzanne M. Babin Arnold (Jay) and daughter-in-law Genny Babin and the late Louis E. Babin III. Sister of Mildred Whittaker. Also survived by 13 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Age 89 years. A WWII veteran of the Army Air Corp. A native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Mandeville, LA for the past 6 years.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the memorial mass at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home Inc., 2260 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 70433 on Saturday, July 23, 2011 at 12:00 PM. Visitation from 10:00 AM until service time. Interment in St. Joseph Abbey Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer masses.
