Lois Mae Souder's Obituary
Lois Mae Souder passed away from natural causes on August 25, 2016 at her home in Mandeville, LA. She was 93 years old. She was born on May 11, 1923 in Sioux Falls, SD to the late Clarence Peter Zielke and Sarah Bardenwerper Zielke.
Lois was the loving mother of R. Gregory Souder (Joyce Kramer), James A. Souder (Sharon), and GailAnne Palmer (Fred). She will be dearly missed by her 7 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Lois was the sister of Marion Taylor and Harriet Hamilton. She is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Relatives and friends are invited to the Memorial Service at St. Timothy United Methodist Church, 335 Asbury Dr, Mandeville, LA 70471 on Monday, August 29, 2016 at 2:00 PM with visitation from 1:00 PM until service time. There will be a brief reception following the service for any who wish to attend. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Timothy Flood Relief Fund, (985) 626-3307.
