Loyd and I sang bass and sat together for the past seven or more years in practice and worship service in St. Timothy United Methodist Church. We sang at both traditional services and he seldom missed and was usually the first choir member at practice. I did not know him earlier but I imagine he was as diligent a lawyer, husband, friend, and Christian, as he was as a choir member. It was an honor to have had him as a friend and to sing together. His choir will miss him.
