Lionel "Lee" Edward Barrosse Jr.'s Obituary
Lionel (Lee) Edward Barrosse, Jr. passed away peacefully on May 4, 2017, with his wife by his side. He was 86 years old.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Myrtle Jean Carron Barrosse, son Robert and his wife Lorenza and their two children Justin and Leigh; William and his wife Danielle and his two children, Ryan and Lindsay; Sydney and her two children, Tucker and Keaton, Mary and her husband Gary and their two children, Grace and Oakley; Jennifer and her husband Eric and their four children, Alexis, Ethan, Kate, and Brooke; and his great grandchild, Layla.
He was born in San Pedro Sula, Honduras and lived most of his life in New Orleans and Mandeville. He was in the Air Force for four years. After graduating from college, he worked in Pharmaceutical Sales for 32 years. Many thanks to the caring staff at Beau Provence and the wonderful nurses and sitters while he was in the hospital at Lakeview Regional Hospital.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass on Monday, May 15, 2017 at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433. Visitation from 9:00 – 11:00 AM with Mass at 11:00.
