Aunt Linda was one of the most beautiful souls I have ever known. Her joyful laugh and radiant smile warmed every room she was in, and I will forever miss catching up over warm hugs, Gumbo, and lots of laughs every Christmas Eve and whenever I could be in town. I wish we could be there in person tomorrow, but I will be there in spirit and am here for you whenever and however you need me. I love y’all.

Dear Stephen, Michael and Paul so sorry to hear this sad news. I worked with your mom and dad at Coca-Cola for several years and we became friends. They were two of the best people I have ever met. I’m so sorry we lost contact but do remember you boys when y’all were young. I visited your house many times. I’m sure y’all have turned out to be fine young men and will be praying for you. I’m sure she is so happy to be reunited with your dad again. ❤️❤️
With love,
Carole ADAMS

Father of all, we pray to you for Linda, and for all those whom we love but see no longer. Grant to them eternal rest. Let light perpetual shine upon them. May her soul and the souls of all the departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.

My beautiful Aunt Linda was only 5 years older than me. She was a change of life baby for my Grandparents. We were raised together as Sisters practically. My heart is broken to have to say goodbye to her so soon. I thought we would grow very old together. I love you boys and my prayers have been and are with you. You do have all of our family to walk with you. You are all remarkable men and both your Parents and all family are proud of the men you have become.
I have many wonderful memories of my Aunt, but I think her favorite memory of our times together is the memory I will share here. She never let me live it down
When I started first grade, it was a frightening thing. I was raised around mostly adults and had not been away from my parents. My only security was that my Aunt in 7th grade same school. My Mom was disabled with Muscular Distrophy, so my first day of school was riding the bus with my Aunt Linda, who walked me to my classroom and deposited me to Ms. Ansardi, my teacher. I was put into a desk and my Aunt went back to her class. I remember thinking, "I don't know any of these people" so, I got up ran down the hall screaming for my Aunt Linda. She came out to meet me and comforted me, the crying 6 yr old walking me back to my class to deposit once again. I wrapped myself around the bottom of her leg and wasn't letting her go. I don't remember how she and the teacher got me to stay for the first day. She did tell me it happened again about 2 more times before I stayed in my desk for good.
We shared a lot of life. I will be continuing our journey everytime I pray and we will celebrate again when I leave, united with all our loves who are and will be with God.
Tell all hello for me my loving Aunt. I love you forever. ♥️
