Mrs. Theresa, I am so saddened to hear the news of Mr. Leonard's passing. I have come to know a great deal about the two of you over the past few months and feel as though I have lost a friend and mentor. He was a great man and will be missed tremendously by me and the rest of the Christwood Community Center gang. My son, Taylor, sends his condolences and will always remember the advise filled conversations that he and Mr. Leonard shared. In such a short time, he made a strong, positive impact on Taylor and I will forever be grateful for that. May God bless you and comfort you now, and in the months and years to come.

Today I found out that I lost my friend. He would visit me every Friday for therapy. Our conversations were therapy for me as well. I expected to return his beloved book, They Shot First, back to him today. He was ever challenging and inspiring my spuritual grow as well as his own. I loved the way he always laughed when he smiled, and his amazing spiritual journeys that lead him to his wife. He shared one with my staff just last Friday. It is nice to now know that he shared that with them. He will be missed. He was a dear friend.
