You have my deepest condolences. May the God of all comfort give you the strength to carry on during this difficult time. Rev. 21:3-5
I never had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Szyller in person, however in what I know from Nicole, he was an incredible person. My thoughts are with the Szyller family during this time.
So many memories I have a hard time selecting one. When I talk to people about Leon Abraham, I present him as my Guru and "role model" as you say in America. But he was and he is still forever more than that. He was first degree cousin of my late father and they were very close together. Leon Abraham is between a guru and a second father for me. I remember one thing, about so many others; we were together at the Cafe du Monde in New Orleans, it was in spring 2001, a jazz musician talk with us, he found that we looked so much alike that we were father and son. Abraham said that we were only cousins, to which the musician answered : " then you might have very strong genes!"
Leon and I shared so many topics of interests, and he had been often guiding me, trying to transmit some of his rich and so valuable experience. I listen to him almost everyday, in a recorded tape for guided meditation. he is always with me. But both of us knew that nothing had to be taken too seriously, philosophy, spirituality were important, but also music, vodka , we had so much fun together. I also love so much his children, grand children, Bobette and her wonderful family. And yes, I need to thank especially Nicole , his so sweet grand daughter, who allowed me to talk (in french) with Abraham one last time, last Saturday, A qui vais-je pouvoir poser toutes mes questions, maintenant que tu es parti, mon Leon ? J'espere qu on parviendra encore a se parler .
i apologize for that long text, but there is more than one book to write about such an amazing and exceptional, huge human being, a mensch . All my love to you and to your sweet, smart, funny and loving family.

A beautiful tribute to a remarkable man. What a miraculous and fulfilling life he experienced. My thoughts and prayers are with you, Nicole and Rene, and the entire Szyller family. May God be with you during this difficult time and in the days to come.
