Leatte Magee Mizell's Obituary
Leatte Magee Mizell passed away on Friday, June 9, 2017 surrounded by family at her home in Folsom, LA. She was born on September 5, 1932 in Folsom, LA to the late Dallas Morgan Magee and Ruby Loyd Magee.
Leatte was married to her beloved husband, Clarence Franklin Mizell, for 65 years. She was the loving mother of Joanette M. Neal (Lynel), James F. Mizell (Jeanie), and John D. Mizell (Sharen). Leatte was the proud grandmother of Jody N. Bizette (Patrick), Joey Neal (Veronica), and Brett Neal (Melanie), Alexis Mizell, Sarah M. Ayers (Travis), and Drew Mizell, Whittney M. Cuzzort (Chris), and Spencer Mizell (Kate). She was the loving great-grandmother of Ryann and Blaire Bizette, Brayden and Logan Brasse, Clea Davis, Ezra Ayers, and Caroline Cuzzort. Leatte was the sister of Bootsy Magee and the late Jack M. Magee.
Relatives and friends are invited to the Funeral Service at First Baptist Church of Folsom, 13320 Broadway St, Folsom, LA 70437 on Monday, June 12, 2017 at 4:00 PM with Visitation from 2:00 PM until service time. Interment will follow the service at First Baptist Church of Folsom Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Tammany Hospice, (985) 898-4414.
