Larry Faulk's Obituary
Larry Faulk passed away on Friday, December 31, 2021 in Mandeville, LA at the age of 81. He was born in Paragould, AR on December 1, 1940 to Joseph C. “J.C.” Faulk and Evelyn Sanders Faulk.
Larry is survived by his wife of 60 years, Martha Jo Woodson Faulk; children, Marguerite and Daniel Rutan, Perry and Tish Faulk and Larry Hugh Faulk, II; grandchildren, Christopher and Nicolette Rutan, Courtney and Joshua Bucko, Catherine and Jake Vinson, Sarah, Ryland, and Quinn Faulk; great-grandchild, Beau Bucko. He is also survived by his sister, Dixie Kay and Jess Brown; and brother, Ronnie and Liz Faulk, both of Paragould, Arkansas. Larry also leaves behind Molly, the family pet.
Larry is preceded in death by his parents.
Larry met Martha while serving in the Air Force. He served for 4 years, including a tour to Morocco in 1960. He received a Bachelors of Science in Engineering from University New Orleans and worked over 30 years as a Civil Engineer for the State of Louisiana.
Larry was a member of the Grand Lodge of Louisiana Freemasons, Royal Arch Masons of Louisiana, Scottish Rite of Freemasons and Cryptic Masons of Louisiana. He enjoyed coaching recreational soccer and served as Fourth Ward President. He also supported the WW2 Museum and Shriners International for many years.
Relatives and friends are invited to the Funeral Service at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at 11:00 AM with visitation from 9:00 AM until service time.
