Kerry Duane Audibert Jr.'s Obituary
Kerry Duane Audibert, Jr. passed away on Friday, May 5, 2017. A native of New Orleans, LA, he was born on Friday, February 24, 1978. Formerly of Slidell, he moved with his family to Abita Springs, LA in 2008.
Beloved son, husband, father, brother and friend, Kerry is survived by his wife of 6 years - Elizabeth Dickinson Audibert; his mother - Dian Kluchin Roussel (Julius "Pete"); two beautiful children - Kaylee and Rhett Audibert; and one sister - Jennifer A. Brown (Kevin); and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by one brother - Chad C. Audibert.
Kerry was an avid outdoorsman. He owned and operated a successful fishing charter service and provided many fisherman and families with life-long and lasting memories. He was a legend among big trout anglers and a mentor and friend to his peers. When not fishing, you could find him in the deer stand waiting for the buck of a lifetime. He was a devoted husband and father and his greatest joy was sharing the outdoors with his wife and children. He will be forever missed by all who were lucky enough to have known him.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial mass at 6:00 PM on Thursday, May 11, 2017 at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Ave. Covington, LA 70433.
Visiting hours on Thursday will begin at 3:00 PM.
Private committal services and interment at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens will take place at a later date.
