Col. Wehrman was a member of the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) and of Ozone Chapter, the local affiliate. I learned of his death on returning from out of town Sunday afternoon. During the several years I have been Chapter President the Colonel was ill and largely housebound. Although I spoke with him by phone I regret that I did not meet him in person. We have sent an email to our extended membership, some of whom I am sure knew the Colonel, and would want to know that he has left us. On behalf of Ozone Chapter MOAA our sympathy to the family of this fallen warrior.
