Kenneth Frank Fussell's Obituary
Kenneth Frank Fussell passed away on Wednesday, February 15, 2023. He was born in Bogalusa, LA on August 23, 1949, to the late Otha Fussell and Edith King Fussell.
He is survived by his loving wife, Cyndi Bell Fussell, of 45 years; his children, Kollin Lane Fussell (Jessica) and Kenda Lynae Fussell; his grandchildren, Kinsley Fussell, Wyatt Fussell, Sophia Rose and Luca Paul. He was the brother of Glenn Fussell (Linda), Barbara Welch (the late Hollis Welch, Sr.) and is also survived by his wife’s mother, Patricia Moore Bell (the late Thurman Bell); his brother-in-law, Alan D. Bell (Beth); niece, Alicia Fussell Hesson; nephews, Christopher Glenn Fussell, Hollis Welch, Jr., Shannon Welch, Garrett Bell, Devin Bell, Dylan Bell and many great nieces and nephews.
Mr. Fussell was a native and lifelong resident of the Lee Road Community where he faithfully served the people of St. Tammany Parish as a deputy with the Sheriff’s Office for 47 years and worked for the St. Tammany Parish School Board for 30 years. He was on the Fire Department Board of district 6. Mr. Fussell coached various sports for 50 years. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
The family would like to thank the staff at St. Tammany Parish Hospital for their loving and devoted care of Mr. Fussell.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral services at Freedom House Church, 79236 Highway 40, Covington, LA 70435 on Monday, February 20, 2023, at 12:00 noon with visitation at the church on Monday beginning at 10:00 AM.
Interment will follow at Sharp’s Chapel Cemetery.
