Dear Jill, I’m so sorry for the loss of your mom. So many of my fondest childhood memories center around you and your family. Your mom was always so much fun to be around. I’m sorry I couldn’t be there today. You and your family are in my prayers. Love, Maureen Belin Grefer
So sorry for your loss...Kay was a beautiful, sweet person inside and out...Will keep you all in our prayers.
So sorry that I am unable to attend her service. Kay was always a kind and loving soul. Her gentle manner made her always nice to be in her company and enjoy her love of life and her appreciation of the healing and extended life she had received when she had been so critically ill years ago. Heaven must have been overjoyed to receive her.

Kay was such a caring person. We've known Kay for over 20 years,,,.met through Northlake Newcomers, We used to play canasta and 13 which she was so good at winning! Every time we get to #10 when we play 13, we always say 'okay Kay, give me all your 10's!'. She always got a lot of 10's when 10's were wild. We're going to miss you Kay, but we share in the comfort knowing you are finally home and are at peace.
We first met Kay and John when as a young family we moved to Resurrection of Our Lord Parish in 1968. Joan was in the Mother's Club with Kay and Bill in the RAM'S Mens Club with John. As our family continued to grow in number and size we eventually moved to a larger home in St. Maria Goretti Parish. Eventually our lives took different paths and we lost touch for a number of years. Katrina sent us "swimming" to the North Shore where we settled in Our Lady of the Lake Parish in Mandeville, La. Kay was active in that parish as she was in Resurrection. We became reacquainted, met Johnny and have been reminiscing for the past 13 years. We were active together in the Faith and Fun Ministry, Eucharistic Ministers and for the last several years, Joan has been bringing Communion to Kay and Johnny as a member of the Homebound Ministry. Kay is a Christian Lady of the first order and a very special friend. We will miss her very much.
To her extended family and great circle of dear friends, please know that we have Kay, Johnny and all of you in our prayers and mass intentions.
God Richly Bless You Kay,
Joan and Bill Bailey

We'll always have fond memories of your mom, she was such a hoot to be around.
A warm and caring lady, that adored her family. I know how much she'll be missed by her family and friends.
Our prayers & thoughts are with you all at this extremely difficult time.
The good Lord was waiting with open arms for Ms. Kay.
God Bless.
