Karen Franklin Walston passed away on Monday, January 8, 2018 at the age of 53. Beloved wife of William Luke Walston. Loving mother of Craig William Walston (Dana), Stacie Ann Walston Reiter (Alexander) and Devin Michael Walston. Daughter of Mary Ann Melan Fowler (the late Danny) and David Thomas and Linda Franklin, Jr. Sister of David Thomas Franklin, III, Karolyn Ann Franklin (Ronald Griffin) and Kristine Franklin Krumdiack (Matthew). Grandmother of Blake William Walston and Alaina Corynn Walston. Granddaughter of Doris Thiel Melan and the late Edwin Melan, Mr. and Mrs. David Thomas Franklin, Sr. Also survived by uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and Godchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, Covington, LA 70433 on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at 11:00 AM with visitation on Saturday beginning at 9:00 AM.
Interment will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens.
