Our parents were best friends and we grew up best friends, more like sisters. I could fill a book with stories of 234 Dorrington and Waldheim Gardens. Karen, Michelle, and I were inseparable mischievous, adventurers. It’s a wonder we have lived this long. My childhood was magical with them. And Jean Paul was there during our childhood, even teaching all of us to ski. Thanks for the memories. I love you.

Dear Jean Paul, JP, Malcolm, Michael and Families,
I am so sad to hear about the passing of Karen. I have such fond memories of her coming over to the house and visiting with mom. My most memorable memory is the time that she came into New Orleans with all of you. My mom let me play hooky from McGehee and we all got to go to the zoo that day because ya’ll were in town! She had such a fantastic smile!
I know mom was there to welcome her when she arrived with Jeanne and Tony by her side! I will have a toast to the two of them tonight!
Sending all of you much love, hugs and prayers during this difficult time.
