Dear Uncle Herman, Lance, Lacey and Erin: I just learned that Aunt June is gone. My heart grieves with you during this time of loss. Aunt June brightened any place she happened to be and I am so thankful for her kindness she showed to my mother. Dear Herman, Lance, Lacey, Erin and family,I am so sad that my beautiful cousin June is no longer here with us brightening our world. I will never forget our good times together when my parents, sisters and I made the almost annual trip to Mississippi from Chicago. Aunt Robbie and Uncle Hal were so welcoming and gracious. June, Herman, Paul, Jeanette, Keith, Bobbie and Brenda carried on that tradition after our parents passed on. We have had such good times together. Though we only met June once, we felt like we knew her from our dear friend Lance....from her gourmet dinners to the special scrapbooks she made for the kids a few years ago...she was obviously a very special lady.
