Judy Elaine Lattie-Riviere's Obituary
Judy Elaine Lattie-Riviere, 62 died on Thursday, May 20, 2021 after a long battle with chronic kidney disease.
Judy was loved and supported by her devoted husband of 30 years, Louis Riviere. They shared a deep and ever-lasting love. She was happy and proud to have found her soul mate. She was also supported in life by her sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Cathy and David Rupert. They are the wind beneath her wings.
Judy had a sweet-natured personality. Her faith and love of Jesus, her savior, helped sustain her in life and now in death. Judy loved her husband, family, being a homemaker, laughter, music, and good food most of all. She often said, “I live a simple life and I am happy that way.” She treasured her weekly Sunday visits with her mother for her favorite Louisiana foods and conversation.
She will be deeply missed by her mother Barbara Lattie; her sisters, Dixie Holland, Gail Mayers-Tran (husband John); Dayle Lattie and her brothers, Gary Lattie (wife Janice); and Randy Lattie.
She is now reunited with her late father, Tom Lattie, and brother, Tommy.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a celebration of her life at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W 21st Ave, Covington, LA 70433 on Friday, June 4, 2021 at 2:00 PM with visitation on Friday beginning at 12:00 PM until service time.
