Juan R. “Jerry” Ambert, Sr. passed away on Monday, February 6, 2012 at the age of 64.
Beloved husband of 43 years to Ilene D. Ambert.
Loving father of Juan R. Ambert, Jr. and Tina A. Briones. Father-in-law of Ashley Ambert and Gabriel Briones. Son of the late Francisca Santiago Ambert and Francisco Ambert. Grandfather of Madison “Mala” Ambert, Adam Jones, Alicia “Princess” Briones and Jared “Man” Briones. Brother of Juan C. Ambert (Gail), Gloria Matos (Felix), Nettie Bergeron (Randall) and Jo Ann Ambert.
Mr. Ambert meant a lot more to people than he knew and will be greatly missed by many.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the graveside service in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens, 2280 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 on Thursday, February 9, 2012 at 11:45 AM.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations in memory of Mr. Ambert be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
