Joyce Knobloch O'Brien's Obituary
Joyce Knobloch O’Brien passed away on Thursday, December 24, 2015 in Lacombe, LA. She was born on February 11, 1935 in New Orleans, LA to the late Nims Phillip Knobloch and Edna Landrum Knobloch.
Joyce was married to her beloved husband, the late Michael B. O’Brien, Jr., for 38 years and together they had three children, Terri O. Shuh (the late Earl Shuh), Susan O. Kinkade, and Michael B. O’Brien,III. She was the loving grandmother of Michael O’Brien, IV, Sarah Kinkade, Matthew O’Brien, and Joshua Kinkade. Joyce was the sister of Nims Phillip “Sonny” Knobloch.
Relatives and friends are invited to the Funeral Service at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 on Monday, December 28, 2015 at 11:00 AM with visitation from 9:00 AM until service time. Interment will follow the service at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens, Covington, LA. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to your favorite charity or the St. Tammany Parish Humane Society, www.sthumane.org.
