Joyce was a lifelong civil servant who cared for many people. Her devotion to her community was unmatched. From years serving as an EMT to being a volunteer firefighter and a deputy sheriff. She was the ultimate person you could count on to be there when someone was in need. 56 years of marriage proves she was committed to her family by raising six children and boarding kids of working single mothers. She never shied away from an opportunity to volunteer and help when it was needed. Her single greatest attribute is that she never said no to anyone that needed help. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her and the community she served.
