Joyce Marie Core passed away on Saturday, August 26, 2017 at the age of 59. Beloved wife of 40 years to Michael Core. Loving mother of Mandy Core Harper (Keith) and David M. Core (Hope). Daughter of the late Katherine and Norman Cromp. Sister of Albert Cromp (Margie), Marilyn Cromp Nelson (Larry) and Bradley Cromp (Linda Gayle). Grandmother of Tristan and Keegan Harper and Henry David Core.
She was a native of Bush, LA and a resident of Folsom, LA where she was a member of First Baptist Church of Folsom.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at First Baptist Church of Folsom, 13320 Broadway St., Folsom, LA 70437 on Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at 12:00 noon with visitation at church on Wednesday beginning at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow in First Baptist Church of Folsom Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Mrs. Core to be made to First Baptist Church of Folsom. E.J.
