Joseph Leland Trahan passed away on Tuesday, March 6, 2012.
Beloved husband of Margaret Doris Toups Trahan. Loving father of Michael Paul Trahan (Shelley), David Joseph Trahan, Sr. and Bruce John Trahan (Becky). Grandfather of Christian, Cory, David Joseph, Jr., Colin, Chandler, Claire, Brynn and Mercy Trahan. Brother of Cecilia Zita Montero and the late Albert, Benjamin Alexander, John Byron Trahan and Melba Elizabeth Lloyd. Brother-in-law of Leonard Peter Toups (Janice).
Age 87 years. A native of New Orleans and a resident of Folsom, LA for the past 16 years. He was a WWII Army veteran having served in the European Theater.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral mass from E.J. Fielding Funeral Home Inc., 2260 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 70433 on Thursday, March 8, 2012 at 2:00 PM. Visitation from 12:00 PM until service time.
