Joseph Robert Revere's Obituary
Joseph “Robert” Revere of Bush, LA passed away on Friday, April 24, 2020. He was born on December 8, 1926 in Covington, LA to Cassie and Annette (Dutruch) Revere.
Robert is survived by his children Sherwood Revere, Ernest (Cotton) Revere, and Fleta Glass. He was loved and adored by his namy grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is also survived by four sisters Shirley Taylor, Joyce Binder, Bessie Teen, and Marie Cheminto.
Robert is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Vennie R. Revere, his son Jerry Revere, and siblings Griffin Revere, Andrew Revere, May Revere and Ruby Stinik.
A private service was held by the family. Interment took place in Pilgrims Rest Cemetery, Covington, LA. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Robert to be made to the Wounded Warrior Project. Donations may be made at https://www.woundedwarriorproject.org/.
