Joseph Clarence Paille Jr.'s Obituary
Joseph Clarence Paille, Jr., of Mandeville, Louisiana died peacefully in his home, on Wednesday, September 7, 2022. Joe was born on February 18, 1948 in New Orleans, LA to Joseph Clarence Paille, Sr. and Marguerite Arceneaux Paille.
He is survived by his two children, Jodi Paille Farrell (Eric) and Joseph Paille, III; grandchildren, Zachary Paille, Joseph Paille, IV, Justin Paille, Christian (Bailey) Tarver and Michael Eric Farrell; his sisters, Margaret Carbaugh (Gene), Donna Mamola (Wayne), Carolyn Henrichs (Bob), and Jane Benner (Boyd). He is also survived by his Baton Rouge Angels, Rosemary Enlow, Pamela Taylor, Rosalyn Holland (Dwain), Gary Macalusa and Sandra Priest; his honorary daughter, Amal Mughrabi; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Joe was preceded in death by his parents and his dear beautiful wife of 48 years, Linda Macalusa Paille.
Joe early on enlisted in the U.S. Air Force serving as a weapons “bomber” loader stationed in Korea and Okinawa. After that adventure, he then followed in his father’s footsteps by working at Superior Coffee for over 25 years. He loved hunting, fishing, gardening and spending time with his family and friends, all the while constantly spreading his words of advice and wisdom, but nothing more memorable and everlasting as PLAN CONTROL ACT.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service at E. J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W 21st Avenue, Covington LA on Friday, September 16, 2022 at 11:00 AM with visitation beginning at 10:00 AM until service time. Interment will follow at a later date in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens, 2280 W 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433
