Aunt Joycelyn, MaryAnn, Peggy, Joann and the entire family: I am so so sorry for the loss of Uncle Joe. He was a compassionate, loving, family man. His feelings towards others was just like Grandma's. To me, he was an exact duplicate of Grandma!!! He will definitely be missed!! We love all of you so much!!!!!!!

It has always been "Sissy & Joe" as long as I can remember. Joe liked the name "Darlene" - so here I am! Growing up every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and most of the summers were spent at " Sissy & Joe's" house. We would laugh that in a small house with five (5) females, Joe would stay the longest in the one bathroom. He loved to dress-up and took any opportunity to wear a coat and tie. At the '84 World's Fair, we were in the German Beer Garden with "Sissy & Joe" doing the chicken dance and drinking Peppermint Schnapps. We went to the Pope's Mass with "Sissy & Joe". We took vacations with "Sissy & Joe" and he would always stamp the aluminum cans for recycling. We went to many parties with "Sissy & Joe" and even though he had one bad eye, two hearing aids, heart disease and diabetes, he was always the designated driver (thank goodness!). I could fill many pages with good memories.
He was a loveable, Christian man who would do anything for his family, friends and country. We called him the "Energizer Bunny". It will not be the same with "Sissy and no Joe".
