Joseph M. Meilleur, Jr., age 63, died Thursday, February 15, 2007, at his home in Folsom, LA after a courageous battle with Mesothelioma.
Joe was a partner in the land surveying company of Gandolfo Kuhn, L.L.C. Husband of Helen O. Meilleur. Son of the late Joseph Meilleur, Sr. and the late Gladys Buras Keanan. Father of Michael, Christopher, Michelle Meilleur, Patricia M. Parrino and Christopher Torres. Father-in-law of Beryl, Sharon Meilleur, Allison Lara, Patrick Parrino and Debbie Torres. Also survived by 7 grandchildren.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral mass on Monday, February 19, 2007 at 2:00 PM from E.J. Fielding Funeral Home Inc., 2260 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 70433. Visitation on Monday from 12:00 noon until service time. Burial will be performed with military honors at sea by the U.S. Navy.
