Gene Joseph LaCombe passed away on Saturday, July 10, 2010.
Beloved father of Michael LaCombe and his wife Lillian, Dawn LaCombe George and her husband Moe, and Tammy Richthofen; loving grandfather of Brittany, Corey, Melissa and Natalie LaCombe, Ashley, Madison and Logan George; and great-grandfather to Jack Ryan Garrison; and brother of Pamela Roussel (Norman), Patricia Lambert (Amet), Linda Doucet, Shirley Lachney, A.J. LaCombe and Nat LaCombe (Theresa). He is preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Stritzinger LaCombe; mother, Corinne Guillot LaCombe; father, Albert Joseph LaCombe; two brothers, B.J. and Richard LaCombe; and three sisters, Joann Villemarette, Eunice Barrilleaux and Joyce LaCombe.
Aged 66 years, he was a native of Echo, LA and a resident of St. Tammany Parish since 1972.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services on Wednesday, July 14, 2010 at 11:00 AM from the Chapel at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home Inc., 2260 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 70433.
Visitation on Wednesday will begin at 9:00 AM.
Interment will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens.
