Joe was a LEGEND in our Metairie neighborhood! Friend & mentor to all, always FUN! Riding around on his Yamaha, playing ball at 'the weeds', delivering the Times Picayune. No conversation with my little redheaded brother Fred (RIP 2000) about teenage memories went without sharing memories of Joe. GREAT GUY from a great family.
