John David Warner's Obituary
John David Warner passed away on Monday, September 29, 2008. He was born December 26, 1929 to the late Carl and Beulah Tisdale Warner and has been a resident of Covington.
The beloved husband of Virgie Lee Brooks Warner, he is survived by five daughters, Laura Lee Morse, Carlene O’Keefe, Barbara Duncan, Katherine King and Scheryl Warner; two sons, John A., Sr. and Paul D. Warner; two step-sons, Edward and Bobby Ray Jenkins; three sisters, Betty Ladner, Irma Jean Swaggarty, Joy Lynn Griffin; 30 grandchildren and 63 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Alice Morse; step-daughter, Francis Morse; one brother, Earl Warner and sister, Laura Jean Ayo.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services on Thursday, October 2, 2008 at 2:00 PM from the Chapel at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home 2260 W. 21st Ave., Covington, LA 70433.
Visiting hours will begin at 12:00 Noon.
Interment will follow services at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens in Covington.
