John Alphonse LeBreton's Obituary
John Alphonse LeBreton passed away on Friday, October 14, 2022 surrounded by family at his home in Mandeville, LA. He was born on August 7, 1939 in New Orleans, LA to the late John LeBreton and Hazel Glass LeBreton.
John was the beloved husband of the late Nancy Jones LeBreton. He was the loving father of Lisa D. Bowers (Lloyd) and John J. LeBreton (Angie). John was the proud grandfather of Jessica Bowers (Rodnique), Jennifer Bowers (Jeremy), Karley Bowers, Caitlin LeBreton (Richard), Connor LeBreton (Zoe), and Chase LeBreton. He was the brother of Audrey L. LeBreton, Richard L. LeBreton (Linda), and the late Ethel L. Sticker (the late Wayne).
John served his country for 30 years, retiring from the United States Navy as Chief Yeoman. He was a devout Baptist and a Deacon at First Baptist Church of Mandeville.
John was a caring and compassionate father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He will be deeply missed.
Relatives and friends are invited to the Funeral Service at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 on Tuesday, October 18, at 2:00 PM with visitation from 12:00 Noon until service time.
