I worked with John at Morgan Keegan in Memphis, TN during the late 1980's... until he returned to the Louisiana-area, and fondly remember his stories about taking care of all the children when Madeline was traveling as a senior sales executive for FedEx. The most memorable "family event" occurred when one of the kids, while playing with the phone, accidently dialed 911. This action caused about one-third of the Germantown, TN-based fire & rescue squad plus three police squad cars to report to the house... and almost tear-down the front door. John LaBLANC touched my life, and the souls of many people, which helped us all become-- better people. My deepest prayers are with Madeline and the family. God bless you...
John was the kind of person who took time for everyone. Fred was still asking about him as long as he could.This cruel disease that took so much of their memory. I understand your feelings right now and know that the whole family will continue to be the family he was so proud of. The service was so moving. How lucky we were when we moved to Longvue. Billie
