Eileen and Family, I am so sorry to hear of John's passing. Cousins sometimes don't get the important messages of family illnesses and deaths. I remember John as a wonderful person. May he Rest In Peace with his Lord until we all meet again in Heaven. With heartfelt love, Karen Hoover Broussard (cousin - daughter of Ray and Mackie Hoover)
Eileen and Family,
I am so sorry for your loss. I offer my sincere condolences to you and your girls Kate, Gracen, and Shelby.
I have been married to John's baby brother Chuck (Bubby) for nearly 30 years. Whenever we had the opportunity to visit, it was always fun times...so many memories...Laughing until we cried, Bears Po boys, and of course, a nice big bowl of Blue Bell ice cream. 🤗
I will miss John so much. Due to circumstances with my Family I'm not able to be there for the funeral, but you are in my heart and I send Prayers for God's Peace and Comfort...and so grateful that Bubby could be there with John and you during his last days.
I know we will all be together again , but until then we have such fond memories.
I love you John and Eileen ♥️♥️
Your Sister- in- law,

Eileen and Family,
So sorry to hear about John's passing, I know he will be missed by many.
His sense of humor is what I will always remember, through all the years of growing up and even with all the Hoover reunions that took place. Know that our love and prayers are with you and the family, our regrets that we will not be there for his services but do hope to see you soon. Cousin Patty & Carl Sheets
My uncle John, I love and miss you, but truly believe one day we will see you again. You no longer have to suffer here on earth and will be thought of often until we meet again. Being from California we didn't get to visit much but one of my fondest memories as a child was exploring the coolest parts of New Orleans and then driving for what seemed like hours crossing the longest bridge in the world to go see your house and visit with our wonderful aunt Eileen and cousins. I look forward to our heavenly father bringing us all back together when He comes to bring us all home. Until then you are forever in our hearts and on our minds.

I am sending my prayers to comfort and my condolences to the entire Laurencis and Jones Families. I am the Niece of John Laurencis and even though we didn't live close enough to visit each other often, I'll never forget what a kind, funny and gentle person he was. I always loved hearing about all of the shenanigans that he and my Dad got into when they were kids and the loving bond they formed, once they grew older. I know he is with Cousin Lisa now and they will be watching over all of the rest of us, until we all can be reunited. My heart is heavy as I write this, but I know he will not suffer anymore and we will see each other again someday.
I Love You Uncle John!
Always your Niece,
Chelsea Taylor
