I would like to extend my deepest condolences to Will and Mr. Johns immediate family. It was a pleasure to have known him and worked for him. May he rest in peace.
God has chosen a wonderful and great angel. He watched over his family, friends and employees of IPS. Now he will watch over all of us on the right side of God. He will be greatly missed by all. Mr. John was indeed a leader, mentor and friend. I will keep your family in my prayers that God will give you the understanding and strength that you will need until you meet again.
It was a pleasure working with John at Elliott Turbomachinery, he will truely be missed. My deepest sympathy goes out to his family.

Mr. John meant so much to me. I was pleased to have Mr. John as my leader/friend at work. He was a very strong man. I admire him for what he has done. I enjoyed working with him and hearing his good morning's or good afternoon's. I will miss Mr. John greatly. I feel honored to have known him & certainly learned a lot from him. My sympathies are with all of you at this time of loss.
To the Ganley family and IPS staff, I was so saddened to hear of Mr. John's death. I was impressed by him the first time I met him, and over the past two years I have grown to have tremendous respect and admiration for him and the great strides he made with IPS. It says a great deal about someone's character and how they treat people when their employees respect and admire their boss, and when they feel a real connection with their company, and I think many of the IPS family felt that for Mr. John. He was enthusiastic and expressed a vision that everyone seemed to want to fulfill - and that is no easy task. It takes a real leader, and that was Mr. John. I feel honored to have known him and certainly learned from him, even in that short time. My sympathies are with you all.
It's with profound dismay that I write this note. John was a good man, teacher and mentor. I learned a lot from him and will miss him. I regret not spending more time with him while he was in town, but always thought he'd be around and had plenty of time for those visits.
