Sandi and family,
Please know that you and your family are in my prayers. Losing my dad was one of the hardest things I've endured, so i Know what you're going through. Just remember all the good times you had with him and that will help you through this.

Mrs. Davis and Family, I was so very sorrowful to hear about Dr. Davis. We worked together at Anderson's for many years, and I had much respect for him. Dr. Davis had a deep love for his lab family and the patients. I will not forget when the lab did a MASH theme for Big A DAY competition. Dr Davis wore his uniform, and it still fit perfectly!(Ms. Frankie, I miss seeing you also when you came to visit.) We will keep you in our prayers. With deepest sympathy, Joey and Patsy Thrash
Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Davis family.
My deepest sympathies to the Davis family. I did my Med Tech internship and also worked in the Mercy Hospital laboratories in the early 1960's during part of Dr. Davis's tenure there. He was a kind and caring gentleman and he spoke with great pride of his family. I remember his quick smile and his trademark bowtie.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and all your family.
Dr. Davis was a wonderful man. I had the privilege to work for him at JARMC for 5 years. He taught me so much. I remember a many times coming into his office and as we talked he would pull out a picture of his beautiful wife and tell me wonderful stories about his love towards her. It always amazed me that although he was in late age and had been married for many years, he was still so madly in love with her. He was a wonderful teacher and friend. He will be missed by many. You are so lucky to have had such a wonderful Father, husband and grandfather. My heart goes out to each of you.
God Bless you all during this time,
Lori Thomas Rogers
Dear Frankie, Joan and Davises, We opened our paper this a.m. and learned of Dr. Davis' death and are so saddened by it. We remember all of you with fondness and gratitude for the kindnesses to our family, and especially Dr. Davis' joyful greeting(s) everytime we saw him. The one word I'd use forhim is humility.
Simply put - I am one of the luckiest persons on earth because I won the birth lottery on July 30, 1952 when I got Dr. John J. Davis, Jr. for my Dad.
My husband,Gary, and I wish to express our deepest sympathies in the death of Dr. Davis. I have missed him so much since his retirement from Anderson's several years ago. He always had a smile and I know you will all miss him very much.
