Dear Mr Karsolich and Young Tony, I worked with Joan at Prudential. She was so sweet and friendly. We used to goof off and laugh often together. I always teased her when I heard her fussing in Spanish. What a wonderful person she was. I know that she will be greatly missed. May GOD bless you and your family during this difficult time.

This has come as a deep shock to all of us in Suellen's Office and Prudential. Our prayers are with you and little Tony. We will alway remember Joan's bubbly nature, laughter and smile.
We were so sorry to learn about Joan's death. She was a lovely woman who touched so many lives with her joy and generosity. She lived her life as a model of grace and goodness. We are very lucky to have known her.
