Jessie Yvonne Rogers Parker Owen's Obituary
Jessie Yvonne Rogers Parker Owen passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 24, 2022 at the age of 86. She was a native and lifelong resident of Covington, LA. Jessie was preceded in death by her husbands, Dudley Parker and Carol Owen, her parents, Ado and Catherine Rogers, her sister, Shirley Thibodaux and her brothers, Leon Rogers, Everett Rogers, Joseph Rogers and Bobby Rogers. She is survived by her children, Dennis Parker (Marie), Kenneth Parker (Fiancée Mary Mizell), Benny Parker (Rhonda), Keith Parker (Gary Little), Donna Parker and Scott Parker, and also survived by 11 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren and her sisters in law, Deloras Rogers and Joyce Rogers. Jessie was a very loving and caring person, and she will be missed by all who knew her.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service on Thursday, December 29, 2022 at 2:00 pm at E J Fielding Funeral Home, Covington, LA and the visitation will begin at 12:00pm until service time. Burial will follow in Parker Cemetery in Talisheek, LA.
