Jerald Wayne Handley's Obituary
Jerald Wayne Handley of Mandeville, LA passed away on Wednesday, March 14, 2018. He was born on December 20, 1952 in Memphis, TN to Wayne Handley and Earsie Byrum.
Jerald is survived by his beloved wife Pamela Merrill Handley, his daughter Jessica Johnson (Jeremiah), and three grandchildren Bailey, Emily, and Victoria Johnson. He is also survived by his sister Cynthia Russell (Maurice) and his nephew Maurice, III.
Jerald is preceded in death by his parents, his brother Rickard Handley, and his dog Buddy.
Jerald retired from the Marine Corps as a Gunnery Sergeant. In his later years, he loved working on his Corvette and enjoyed spending time with his granddaughters.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at 10:00 AM with visitation on Wednesday beginning at 9:00 AM. Interment will take place on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at 12:30 PM at Biloxi National Cemetery, 400 Veterans Ave. Biloxi, MS 39531.
