Jennifer Dawn Hamilton's Obituary
Jennifer Dawn Hamilton, at the age of 56, entered eternal rest peacefully on Monday afternoon, September 18, 2023, at Slidell Memorial Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Oxnard, California on December 28, 1966, to Robert Jure’ and Carol Harris.
She is survived by her beloved and devoted companion Christian Newman of 18 wonderful years, her loving son Jason Hamilton and daughter in law Kassie Hamilton. Jennifer was the proud grandmother of Atalie Hamilton and Warren Hamilton. She is also survived by her father Robert Jure’. She was a caring sibling of John Jure’ and Joseph Jure’ and sister-in-law Jeanne Jure’, and her stepsister Anita Glenn and stepbrother Lawrence Cerverizzo Jr. Jennifer will be dearly missed by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and wonderful lifelong friends.
Jennifer was preceded in death by her mother and stepfather Carol and Lawrence Cerverizzo.
A native of Oxnard, California, and proud resident of Slidell for over 6 years.
Jennifer was loving, compassionate, and most of all a very caring person to all. She enjoyed spending time indoors with her fur baby Marla. However, her true passion was spending time with her loving family and friends. Jennifer was unique and irreplaceable, well respected and liked, and will be deeply and dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. Her jovial spirit and tender nature will remain in the many memories of her cherished friends and family until they meet her again.
