Jefferson Campbell Parrish's Obituary
Jefferson Campbell Parrish born September 29, 1929, died peacefully at his residence on Wednesday, April 12, 2006. Age 76 years. Beloved husband of the late Ruby Lemons Parrish. Son of the late Lewis Carroll Parrish and Kate Peatross Parrish. Brother of the late Catherine Parrish Michell. He is survived by two brothers, Lewis C. Parrish and Leonard P. Parrish of New Orleans, LA. Also survived by nieces and a host of long time friends. Mr. Parrish was born in Memphis, TN and lived in Mandeville, LA for many years. Mr. Parrish was a former member of the Sheet Metal Workers Local Union No. 11. After retirement he started a second career as an accountant to many bars, restaurants and small businesses in the Mandeville – Covington – North Shore area. Funeral Servives will be held on Tuesday, April 18, 2006 at 2:00 PM at E. J. Fielding Funeral Home, Inc., 2260 W. 21st Ave., Covington, LA 70433. Visitation on Tuesday from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM. Interment will be private.
