I had the privilege of knowing and playing with Jay in Southwind and No Limit. He was a gifted, great guitarist, always modest, and a friend. He was the only guitar player I've ever played with where we kept telling him to turn up! It is unfathomable that he has left left us at such a young age. Our deepest sympathy and condolences go out to his immediate, and musical family..He will truly be missed. RIP my friend!
