Jason Smith's Obituary
Jason Dale Smith passed away on Thursday, March 13, 2014. He was born, Wednesday, January 26, 1977 in Spartanburg, SC and was a resident of St. Tammany Parish since 2000. The beloved son of Hazel Howell Smith and the late Dennis Dale Smith, he is survived by his son - Yeshaya Gabriel Smith; one sister - Erica Walters, her husband Troy; and one niece - Alley Walters. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial service at 7:00 PM on Thursday, March 20, 2014 at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Ave. Covington, LA 70433. Visiting hours on Thursday will begin at 5:00 PM. Following the funeral services, Jason’s earthly remains will be cremated in accordance with his expressed wishes. Interment of his ashes will take place at a later date.
