Jane Conery Vliet's Obituary
Jane Conery Vliet passed away on Sunday, November 8, 2009 at the age of 85.
Beloved wife of Daniel H. Vliet. Loving mother of Janet Vliet Tully, Margot Vliet Penner and Daniel H. Vliet IV. Mother-in-law of Ron Tully, Steve Penner and Sarah Vliet. Grandmother of Christine Tully, Matthew Tully and Mark Penner.
Mrs. Vliet was a native of New Orleans and a resident of the Northshore for the past 17 years where she was a member of St. Michael’s Episcopal Church.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the memorial service at St. Michael’s Episcopal Church, 4499 Sharp Rd, Mandeville, LA on Saturday, November 14, 2009 at 1:30 PM followed by a 3:00 PM Memorial Reception in the Garden Room at Christwood Retirement Home. E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, Covington, LA is in charge of arrangements.
Interment in Hope Mausoleum was private.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations to the library of the donor’s choice.
