Dear Paul and family, Jane was special to me. She made our stay at the motel so much fun when we had our reunion two years ago. She was definitely a kindred spirit to me. She was especially loyal in writing to cheer Nell up when she was sick. Jane's letters were guarenteed to make our day . She will be missed.

Jane was a best friend from the moment I met her. I will always remember Friday night pizzas, the first time she saw snow, cookouts on the deck, bonfires in the back yard, and so much more. I have those wonderful memories that nothing can take away. She will be in my heart forever.

Although we had never met, I am Jane's cousin: Jim Strickland, who passed away in the early 70s, was my father. Our mutual cousin, Brooks Adams, passed on the news of Jane's death to me. Please accept my husband, Michael, and my sincere condolences for your loss.
