Jan Heinrich Cornelious Windhorst of Covington, LA passed away on Thursday, June 13, 2019. He was born on December 2, 1931 in Rotterdam, The Netherlands to Heinrich Frederich Wilhelm Windhorst and Tannetje Geleijnse Windhorst.
Jan is survived by his daughter Carla Windhorst Chism, and her husband Paul, as well as his granddaughter Taylor Chism.
Jan is preceded in death by his beloved wife Nerline Trout Windhorst, his brother, and his parents.
Private interment will take place Forest Hills Cemetery in Philadelphia, PA.
