Dear Ellen, and the rest of Jim's loving family,
I am sad to read of the passing of this fine man who was loved and
respected by all who knew him. Having been in his same grade all
through school, I knew him to consistently be a boy of integrity, who
became a man with high moral character. I know that he adored you
throughout your married life, as my dear Jim, who passed away
last October 21, 2014 adored me. (pancreatic cancer took him).
May you feel the presence of the Holy Spirit during your future without
him. Isaiah 26:3, "God will keep in perfect peace that one whose mind
is stayed on Him, for she/he trusts in Him." has been a source of com-
fort to me, as have my many friends and family members and I believe
it can be for you.

One of my fondest memories of Uncle Jimmy was at our family's annual Christmas parties. He, Abe, Uncle Penny, Uncle Buddy and the other men would sit at the kitchen table and visit all evening. I just remember seeing them all laugh and enjoy each other and mostly tell old stories. He will be greatly missed.
There are no words to express how sad I am at the passing of Uncle Jimmy. My heart breaks that I live so far away and have not been able to be around family more. Please
know how near and dear all of you are to me. I love you Aunt Ellen, Janie, Tom, Bill and Bob. Love, Allison (Ali) Shoultz Walker
