Cousin Jimmy had such an infectious smile and contagious laugh! I only knew him to be a very kind hearted and good man. I have such fond memories of Jimmy at family reunions and gatherings in years past. His passing is a huge loss to the Rouquette family. I send so much love to his immediate and closest loved ones.

I was so sad to hear of Uncle Jimmy's passing. I was very fortunate to spend some time with him on various excursions with the siblings after my dad died. He always had a funny story to tell that eased my sadness over losing him. I take some comfort that they are together now. Condolences to the whole family. Jimmy will be missed.
