James Charles Munson's Obituary
James Charles Munson passed away on Tuesday, August 30, 2016. A resident of Metairie, LA for over 60 years, he was born on May 12, 1929 in Madisonville, LA to Mattie Mae Ammons and James Louis Munson.
The beloved husband of the late Maude Mary Hutcheson Munson, he is survived by one son and daughter-in-law - Ronald D. and Barbara Munson; and two granddaughters – Jamie M. Dugas and Amanda Munson. He was preceded in death by his parents; two children – James C., Jr. and Cynthia Ann Munson; and his sister – Shirley M. Landis.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at 12 Noon on Friday, September 2, 2016 at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 West 21st Ave. Covington, LA 70433.
Visitation on Friday will begin at 10:00 AM.
Interment at Theodore Dendinger Cemetery in Madisonville, LA will immediately follow services.
