Jim was a great friend and we enjoyed many trips across the Lake to meetings and military functions, and even a couple to trips to Washington, DC. He was a great American, and loved his country and enjoyed serving his community. I was glad to help him and Teddy with local errands and doctor visits when he needed it. Jim, It was a lost to all of the organizations that you father belonged to.
He will be missed by many. Sorry that I will be unable to attend the service for him do to prior commentments, but will keep him my prayers.

Jim was an important member of the Louisiana Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, and I knew him in that capacity for the past 20 years. His service to our country was significant and will be long remembered by his associates. But we will forever miss him.

We are so sorry to hear of Mr.Jim's passing away. I really enjoyed visiting with him in his home. I visited him when he was in the hospital over the weeks. We had long and enjoyable conversations of his service in the military. I considered him a great friend. Our prayers are with you and the family. He was a wonderful friend.
