James Michael "Mickey" Jarvis' Obituary
James Michael “Mickey” Jarvis, age 62, of Mandeville, Louisiana, passed away on Saturday, December 28, 2024. He was born on August 11, 1962, in Calhoun, Kentucky.
He is survived by his siblings, extended family members, and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James Ray Jarvis and Norma Jean Anderson Jarvis.
Mickey spent his life on the water working as a riverboat captain, navigating waterways with skill and dedication. If he was not on the water he was on one of his motorcycles. Mickey spent his free time biking across the country, attending motorcycle rallies, and making countless friends along the way. His vibrant spirit and zest for life left a lasting impression on all who knew him.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, beginning at 10:00 AM at E. J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 West 21st Avenue, Covington, Louisiana, with a graveside service to follow at 11:00 AM at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens, 2280 West 21st Avenue, Covington, Louisiana.
