James Ray Fisher Sr.'s Obituary
James Ray Fisher, Sr. passed away on Sunday, September 23, 2018 at the age of 74.
Loving father of James Fisher, Jr. (Trudy), Dwayne Fisher (Tina), Lisa Fisher Reid. Step-father of Heather Gaeta. Son of the late Sarah Dunn Fisher and Mirt Albert Fisher. Brother of the late Benny Fisher, Dorothy Akin, Edith Costello, Ethel Adair, Lenel Parr, Joyce Rodrigue and Lee Hendricks. Grandfather of James Fisher III, Destin Fisher, Jessi Richards, Bridget Fisher, Joey Fisher, Hayden Fisher, Megan White, Cullen Reid, Caiden Reid, Makenzie Wood, Dylan Culotta, Colby Culotta, and the late Isaac Danos. Great-grandfather of James Fisher IV, Jolie Wedge-Fisher, Matthew Danos, Dominick Mears, Logan Mears and Gabe Richards. Also survived by a host of nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 11:00 AM with visitation on Saturday beginning at 9:00 AM.
Interment will follow in Bonner Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
